** Standard Warranty means return unit to FirewireDirect for service. If the 6-Bay Vanguard Elite Pro is used in a mission critical application, be sure to order the 'Premium Service' option. After the first 30 days of invoice date, advance replacements are only available if you purchased a 'Premium Service' package. Once again, Advance Replacements are not offered/available with standard warranty. 'Premium Service' package can be purchase within 45 days of original purchase - invoice date. Please see Policies and Procedures for more information and definition of standard warranty procedures but also about our Premium Service Agreement.
This Premium Service Agreement is designed for those who, for various reasons, may not be able to operate within the realm of normal RMA procedures or simply wish to have the peace of mind that Premium Services are available to them.
