Independent Hardware RAIDand supports levels 0 & 1 - in a Powerful 2-Bay SATA (eSATA) & USBv2 host interface that gives you up to 1500GB of high speed, easy to manage redundant & secure RAID.
The Stardom SR3610-SATA RAID subsystem has a ultra high speed SATA & USBv2.0 host interface which brings outstanding flexibility and ROI for such a compact RAID subsystem.
The Stardom SR3610-SATA offers completely integrated high-performance controller and data-protection capabilities (RAID1), which meet the performance and features of a higher range storage products at an entry-level price. Most important completely independant from the host computer.
The Stardom SR3610-SATA RAID subsystem offers features only seen in much higher end products like: Array roaming which stores configuration information both in NVRAM and on the disk drives which protects the configuration settings in the case of a disk drive or controller failure. Array roaming allows the administrators the ability to move a complete HD RAID set to another system without losing RAID configuration and data on that RAID set. If a server fails to work, the RAID set disk drives can be moved to another unit and inserted in any order.
Professional Digital Audio, Digital Video, Graphics pros... power users (and non-pros).... small to medium corporate servers requiring on the fly backup .... perfect for people who need a large scratch work area.... superb RAID redundancy for your valuable data.
Flexibility by offerering both
eSATA & USBv2.0 Interface
In hardware based RAID systems the drives are native to the operating system, so they provide maximum performance and stability for your system. If you really understand the true value of your data and time, then you will see quickly how you cannot afford not to have your valuable data in a Stardom RAID Products.
Please note the Stardom SR3610-SATA RAID units are a Build-to-Order product and can take up to 3 to 7 days to ship. In most cases we can ship much faster but please call us for lead times. Thank you for your understanding.
